Ernesto Neto was born in Brazil in 1964 and began work (exhibiting) in Scotland in 1988. He is now based in Rio de Janeiro.

This is what we are talking about. Neto does large “sculptures” which the viewer engages with. You are encouraged to touch or walk through the shapes or membranes. There are sometimes smells or noises which firmly place Ernresto Neto as top of my Non Visual artists (although the installations are also able to be seen!) The installations provide viewers with an experience.
